Coaching Bio: Rick Wellbrock is entering his 6th year as the head coach for Desert Edge High School. Prior to Desert Edge, he spent four years as the head coach at Tolleson high school, five years at Glendale Community College and six years at Cactus High School. He played football at the University of Northern Iowa and went to Brophy high school. Coach Wellbrock was born in Hays, KS and has been in Arizona since 1980. He lives with his wife Kristi and two children Griffin (12) and Maddi (8).

Vice President, Steve Belles

High School: Hamilton

Coaching Philosophy: "I believe a successful coach is masterful at creating an atmosphere of team unity and athletic excellence that vitalizes and motivates both athletes and parents."

Coaching Bio: : Steve Belles has been teaching World History and serving as the head coach at Hamilton High School since 2006. Prior to teaching at Hamilton, Mr. Belles taught and coached at Mountain Ridge High School, Desert Mountain High School and St. Mary's High school. During his time at Hamilton he has won five state championships (2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012) & Runner up's in 2011 and 2013. Mr. Belles attended college at Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame he was a member of their 1988 National Championship team as a quarterback, running back, and wide receiver.

Treasure, Bob Wolf

High School: Valley Lutheran

Coaching Bio: Bob Wolf is entering his 9th year as the head coach for Valley Lutheran High School. Prior to arriving in Arizona, he coached and taught at VLHS in Saginaw, MI from 1994 to 2005. During this time, he coached wresting, baseball and track while serving as an assistant football coach from 1994 and head coach from 1999-2005. Wolf attended Concordia College in Seward, NE and received a BA in K-12 Physical Education with a minor in Theology at Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. Coach Wolf is married to Gay Wolf for 29 years, five children: Brandon (27) & wife Stephanie, Amy (25) & husband Noah, Bridgette (25), Adam (23) and Chelsea (16).

Secretary, Justin Argraves

High School: Tucson High

AzFCA Member: AzFCA member since 2007

Coaching Philosophy: "To help guide student-athletes in achieving their goals on and off the field through commitment, work ethic and desire that will carry throughout their lives."

Coaching Bio: Justin Argraves is currently the head football coach at Tucson High Magnet School. He was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. He graduated from Santa Rita High School in 2001 and then graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in physical education in 2005. He has been coaching high school football for 13 years with stops at Tucson Santa Rita High School, Goodyear Millennium High School and Marana Mountain View High School. In 2011, Coach Argraves was hired as head football coach at Tucson High Magnet School. After his first season he was awarded the Arizona Cardinals High School Coach of the Year Award. Coach Argraves also serves as a physical education instructor at Tucson High.

Consulting Executive Director

Coaching Philosophy: "Always do what is best for the student athlete."

Coaching Bio: Mr. Brush continues to lead the coaching association in developing numerous services directly benefiting the student athlete while alleviating recruiting pressures placed on the high school football coaches. Mr. Brush built his relationship with the coaches in Arizona through his efforts as the co-founder of the Life Education Through Sports (LETS) non-profit organization. LETS uses sports as a foundation to develop student athletes mentally, physically and spiritually. Prior to arriving in Arizona, he was the secondary coach, weight coach and recruiting coordinator for the Wingate University football team (NCAA Division II) in North Carolina. After completing his athletic eligibility at Purdue University, he served as the defensive student assistant and academic tutor for the football team. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering. While attending Purdue, he started three seasons in the defensive secondary and led the Gentle Giants volunteer program in which college athletes helped teach basic educational skills to underprivileged children in area elementary schools.
